They have been withholding the money of a very ill 87 year old woman for nearly 5 months! She asked in mid October of 2017, in writing, to have Her money transferred back to Edmonton. Their Terms and Conditions clearly state that in their joint accounts, either account holder can transact business without the approval of the other account holder. They are profiting at the expense of this poor lady!
