I transferred $10k from my Tfsa to other financial institutions. 3 months passing by, the other financial still no get the cheque, I keep contacting outlook and other financial contacting them, they never responded, when I called them always said they will call back after they find out, but never get call back. Email no response too. Now I still don't know where is my money... That is ridiculous, what kind of service they offer, and you couldn't even can go talk with them to find out what happened... Don't just because a little higher interest rates then go for them. You will end up forever wasting time call them, and never get you problems solved... .. Can anyone tell me how to get my $10K back, Where is my money...
