Lousy unacceptable lack of service at Redwood & Main (in Shoppers Drug Mart). Staff on break for 1 hour thus closed. I live in West Kildonan area. This is out of my area. I would like to change my pick-up of mail elsewhere. Post Office should always be open and someone else trained to cover breaks. No Manager available at Store to talk to either
