They attempt to make you feel like it’s your fault when they misplace your parcel. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a package that’s been in “delayed” status. And my phone calls get me absolutely no where. I would Never Recommend Canpar.
Brutal customer service, there’s a chance the people are nice but that’s assuming you can actually talk to someone. After waiting on hold for 8 minutes I had to make another call, once I called back I was on hold for 49 minutes with still no response. My package will now likely be sent back to the sender due to the lack of available pick up hours in Winnipeg, guess my kid doesn’t get his Christmas gift this year.
