The Most Crrokied Thief Hvac Company In Winnipeg Noris Heating. My son called them for no heat on December 26 after hours. Yes it was holiday and late hours. First it was mother board and that was $800.00 or so. Then it was thermostat and all together it was around $1400.00. Mother board was changed 4 weeks ago by another company but my son could not go there and did not know what was changed. They ask you for service call fee via credit card and then bill came in. That's wrong and gouging but that's not the worse part. We disputed the charges through our credit card company. Today they sent in their guy pretending to be sent by the Landlord and they took parts from furnace without authorization, by lying. Instead of resolving issue, they entered and took all parts and also cut lots of wires to get back to us. Now no heat in the unit and furnace is not repairable. Wow, the Sob's are the scum of the earth and ripping people off so bad. The Crooked Owner admitted that he charged high but as per him, well we are in business to maker money and if you are stupid to pay, we take it. Stay the hell away from these cons and call anyone with personal references. I hope they go bankrupt.
