This housing coop, not contractor. Absolute nepotism is entrenched in its culture. If you are not French, have French relatives or friends there, or married to a French, there will be no place for you there. There is also very disgusting group of gossipers. Majority of members are in their late 80s, in poor health and state of mind. The place is being run by the clique, a.k.a. "Board of Directors", which is self-acclaimed.
