After dealing with this company for 20 years I ordered 2 letters about 12 inches X 2 inches. I got a bill for over $90.00 I visited the store in person and asked whether this price was a mistake. Owner replied it was not a mistake and she can charge what she wants. I pointed out that a competitor would do the same work for approx $26.00. Her reply,"Go deal there" Make sure you get a written quote before ordering. Very very poor attitude now - - not sure where this came from as she has been helpful and reasonable in years past. Attitude came after her trip to Europe. Sad
