Note moyenne 2,0 basée sur 1 avisNo longer 55 plus building. Infested with bed bugs. They sprayed my unit 6 times I still have bed bugs coming from other units. Not safe area. People shooting drugs in the bus shelter in front of the building . Residents of the building had been assaulted while coming home. Lions Club is selling the building. Anticipating rent increase by $260 per month to break even. The operation manager has hand in the cookie jar so no money left for repairs. Leaky ceiling and windows. Living room and kitchen looks like a one huge room after remodeling. Good store , kitchen , and library. They will be gone after the sale. The leasing manager is the best who works under the operation manager with short leash. That's why I am not giving -10.,
