Beyond brick

Great service until the deal is sealed and deposit is paid. After that, things get really difficult. My project pave the backyard with bricks was not cheap, but it was delayed for many months and when I called to inquire (many calls, btw) the company blamed the "supply chain" - they promised for July 2021 and installed in November 2021. Once they installed it, it seems ok, winter was coming and snow started soon after. When the snow was gone (March, 2022), I realized that in many places water was accumulating meaning that the installation was not done properly and was not levelled. They did a really poor job. From March 2022 to November 2022 I kept calling and sending emails to the company. At first, they answered, but soon stopped answering my calls and replying to my emails. This is the type of business you do not want to trust - money to the waste. Don't follow into the trap of their sales people - avoid at all costs!
