    This business is in the practice of searching documentation for individuals/families in financial difficulty, cold calling with offers to "help" them and then having them sign documentation essentially handing over title to their homes without fully explaining what they are signing. Yes... everyone should ABSOLUTELY read ANY legal document they are signing. Unfortunately many people are not well versed in technical real estate legal documents and the people, in particular vulnerable people relieved to think they are being "helped", rely on the presenter to explain the documents to them. There are numerous news articles regarding the business practices of this company detailing court battles between Daylight Capitol and their "customers". As to my own experience, due to a mix up my property taxes fell into arrears. I found a hand written note left on my mailbox from this company. I thought that it was shady and conducted a google search which led me to many articles published by the CBC regarding this company. I further called the owner to express my opinion on their business practices and demanded they never contact me again.
