Pet Friendly and 100 percent Official Smoking Building::::224 Colony Street, Winnipeg Manitoba R3C-3X9, Keystone Seniors aka Keystone Manor aka Keystone Senior Citizens Housing. Fantastic Place. Completely renovated with new appliances. The Works. Pet Friendly, too. The place is full of dogs. Just tell them your pet is a service animal and you could even avoid paying the security deposit. Manitoba Human rights commission can give you a few hints if you just ask the RIGGGHT question. IN ADDITION, you can smoke all the cigarettes and weed you want. They put on a big show about having a no-smoking policy but it is absolutely unenforceable. The sometimes surly rude caretaker will try to intimidate and shout at you, but they can not evict you. The Manitoba Residential Tenancies Branch won't enforce it because it is not the law. Besides the caretaker couple smokes too. So smoke all you want in your apartment or anywhere out on the GROUNDS. ENJOY!! If the caretaker bothers you, complain to the Manitoba Human Rights Commission and the Manitoba Residential Tenancies Branch.
